Wish I'd known about the 20 baht landing fee at Phi Phi

Efficient service from Phuket to Phi Phi. I had changed my pick up location & had received a confirmation that the pick up location was changed but they went to the original hotel. I phoned the number on the voucher 1 minute after the latest pick up time & they sent a minibus straight away; however the bus was very full, the air conditioning wasn't great & the bus journey took what felt like ages because of the heat & the traffic. Also, I had used up all my small denomination baht in Phuket & was unaware of the 20 baht landing fee in Phi Phi, so it would have been useful to know about this in advance. •reviewed by Lorraine – Ireland

Good Ferry trip

Everything went well, from the hotel collection to the drop off at Phi Phi island. They should just mention That Phi Phi charges an extra 20 Baht extra per person to make sure you have that cash on hand •reviewed by john – South Africa

It was okay

The boat from Phuket to Phi Phi was 30 mins delayed but on the way back was on time. The boat ride was flat and I didn’t feel sea sick at all (which I suffer from a lot). On the way back from Phi Phi te boat was packed and they even put plastic chairs for people to sit so I do recommend that you get well before your departure time to make sure you get a seat. •reviewed by Marisa – United Kingdom
