Warm up with a ride around Bang Neaw Dam on a semi paved road as many potholes have formed. The reservoir is fed by streams and you can take a short walk to see a small waterfall. A short but steep descent takes you down to rubber plantations, providing some shade before you head off road, into fields, following cow paths making for a fun cross-country ride. After this bit of single track, join a fire road through the woods that takes you up and over a hill and down to yet another lake. A bit of tarmac gives you time to rest up before again hitting the dirt and if you have the energy, you can include a short climb and single-track descent. A paved road takes you to your next dirt trail, this time through eucalyptus trees. Finish at the office after 18 km of fun cross-country trails. Ther is also a tougher 21 km trail available that will have you climbing and pushing your bike 450 meters for those seeking a more challenging morning on trails. Top off a great morning of mountain biking with Anthem Wake Park, where you can ride a board at the cable park or hit the ropes at Rebel Rock Climbing.
Very challenging!
